2. Personal information
- Name, email, business details from inquiries.
- Correspondence and onboarding details.
- Contract/invoice records. No card data is collected on this website.
3. Client advertising accounts
Where clients authorize it through each platform's own screens, we operate their Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising accounts on their behalf, under contract. Account data is used only to provide the agreed service.
4. Purposes
- Responding to inquiries and onboarding.
- Campaign management, pacing, and reporting.
- Summaries and recommendations.
5. Sharing
Hosting and email providers under confidentiality; Google/Microsoft per client integrations; authorities where required. No sale of personal information; no sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and deletion
Inquiry records kept as needed for the relationship. Client reporting data handled per agreement. Deletion requests honored within 30 days except legal retention (e.g., invoices). privacy@klimaxiva.com.
7. Security
HTTPS/TLS in transit; least-privilege access; no platform passwords stored on this website. No certifications claimed. See Security.
8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA/CPRA)
