1. Service

Performance advertising for e-commerce on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising: audits, rebuilds, feed operations, pacing, and revenue reporting.

2. Eligibility & authority

18+, business use, authorized over connected accounts you continue to own.

3. Authorization

Official platform authorization; revoke any time directly or through us.

4. Responsibilities

• Accurate store, margin, and feed details.
• Platform and advertising-law compliance.
• Only accounts you may manage.

5. No guarantees

Reports and recommendations are informational. No guarantee of revenue, ROAS, or growth. Approved spend is your responsibility.

6. Fees

Scoped engagements, quarterly terms, agreed in writing. Media billed to you by Google/Microsoft.

7. Term & termination

Per agreement; suspension for abuse/non-payment.

8. IP & confidentiality

Ours stays ours; your data stays yours; mutual care for non-public information.

9. Liability

As-is to the maximum extent permitted by law; capped at 3 months' fees where permitted.

10. Governing law

France — completed in your agreement.
